I highly recommend the Mental Health First Aid course, as it made a perfect addition to my Certificate IV in Mental Health which I completed a few months earlier.
MHFA course helped me further by developing my skills and learning guidelines that covered a number of mental health problems and crises that I will be able to practically implement though out my life and future career in the industry.

I assure you won’t ever regret being better equipped with the tools to help people with mental health problems.

Katie

The course itself is vital and I think every workplace ought to have people trained in mental health first aid. Even as someone working in mental health, I learnt a lot of valuable skills and can already see a wide variety of situations in which these skills will be immensely valuable. Matt
